Instructions:
1. Apply a thin layer to clean, dry skin, preferably in the evening.
2. Focus on rough or textured areas such as arms, legs, elbows and knees.
3. Massage gently until absorbed.
4. Start 2–3 times per week and increase only if your skin tolerates it.
5. Follow with a regular body moisturizer if additional hydration is needed.
6. Use broad-spectrum sunscreen on exposed skin during the day.
